I specialize in providing psychotherapy for adults and couples. My framework is psychodynamic, but I also utilize coping strategies from behavioral therapies, particularly ACT and CBT. I am committed to fostering a space where individuals can feel listened to and safe, so that they can get some distance from their struggle, gain insight and process difficult feelings. In doing so, I facilitate a movement towards healthier choices, from a place of self-acceptance, and consistent with authentic values.

My approach to working with couples is grounded in emotion focused therapy. I help couples recognize destructive patterns of communication- their dance - and work together to move beyond attacks and defensiveness towards attunement and connection.
